How DigiPub Creator handles information and connected services.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how DigiPub handles information when you use DigiPub Creator and related website features.
2. Information you provide
You may provide prompts, creative instructions, settings, and other content needed to generate videos. If account or social publishing features are introduced, we may also process information needed to authenticate your account and perform the actions you request.
3. Agnes AI API keys
The current DigiPub Creator interface is designed so that users can enter their own Agnes AI API key. The key is stored locally in the user's browser using local storage and is used to authenticate requests to Agnes AI. DigiPub does not intentionally embed a shared DigiPub Agnes API key in the public page. Users should protect their API credentials and revoke or replace them if they believe they have been compromised.
4. Local browser storage
DigiPub Creator may use browser technologies such as local storage and IndexedDB to remember settings, API connection information, and locally available creation history. This information can remain on your device until you clear browser data or remove it.
5. Third-party AI processing
When you request AI generation, information required for the request may be sent directly to Agnes AI using the API credentials you provide. Agnes AI's handling of that information is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
6. TikTok and other connected platforms
If you choose to connect TikTok, YouTube, or another platform, DigiPub may process authorization tokens, account identifiers, publishing status, and content metadata necessary to provide the requested integration. We use such data to provide the connected feature and do not sell it to advertisers.
7. How information is used
Information is used to operate requested features, generate content, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, improve the service, comply with legal obligations, and support integrations authorized by users.
8. Sharing
We may transmit information to service providers and platforms only as needed to provide features requested by users, maintain the service, or comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
9. Retention
Locally stored browser data remains under the control of the user's browser. Server-side information, if collected by future account or publishing features, will be retained only as reasonably necessary for the relevant service, security, legal, or operational purpose.
10. Security
We use reasonable measures intended to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for safeguarding their third-party API keys and connected-account credentials.
11. Your choices
You can remove locally stored DigiPub Creator information through your browser controls. You may revoke access to third-party platforms through the relevant provider's account settings. You may also contact us regarding privacy questions or requests.
12. Children
DigiPub Creator is not intended for children who are not legally permitted to use the service or connected third-party services in their jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as DigiPub Creator and its integrations evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
